John McCain
Chief Executive Officer, Intelligroup
John W. McCain is Chief Executive Officer for Intelligroup, an NTT DATA Company. He is also CEO of Keane, an NTT DATA Company where he has overall responsibility for leading Keane’s day-to-day charge, and managing and building global business operations to ensure client satisfaction and shareholder interests.
NTT DATA, the 7th largest IT services firm in the world, has combined the expertise of Intelligroup, Keane, MISI Company and The Revere Group to form NTT DATA Americas. Mr. McCain is leading the integration will lead the new entity as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. McCain is a 25 year veteran of the IT Services industry and joins Keane after his most recent assignment at Hewlett-Packard Company. While at HP he was senior vice president and general manager of HP Services, the fourth largest IT services provider in the world, with annualized revenue of $18 billion and 73,000 professionals. Also while with HP, Mr. McCain led the $3.6 billion Consulting and Integration business.
Prior to joining HP, he held the position of chief executive officer of North America for Capgemini. During 16 years with EDS, he built from inception the CIO Services business and was president of EDS’ E.Solutions which developed and delivered consulting, implementation, and support offerings for clients.
Mr. McCain holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Administration from Indiana University, Bloomington and he has completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Graduate School of Management in Philadelphia.
Robb Rasmussen
President, Intelligroup
Robb Rasmussen is President of Intelligroup and has overall responsibility for Intelligroup’ s day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.
NTT DATA, the 7th largest IT services firm in the world, has combined the expertise of Intelligroup, Keane, MISI Company and The Revere Group to form NTT DATA Americas. Mr. Rasmussen currently serves as Executive Vice President for Strategy, Marketing and Integration for Keane.
Mr. Rasmussen has more than 25 years of experience in the IT services industry, with his most recent position leading global delivery for HP Enterprise Services with responsibility for direct staff and subsidiaries totaling over 90,000 professionals in 25 countries.
Along with his most recent role, he has held a number of strategic roles at HP. He was vice president and general manager of Applications Services for HP Enterprise Services, and had responsibility for the global applications services business. He was formerly the HP Services Business Operations leader supporting the implementation of their Technology Solutions Group strategies, and at one time led the Portfolio, Marketing & Alliances organization for HP Services.
Prior to Mr. Rasmussen’s career with HP, he held several executive leadership positions with the Consulting Services and Strategic Alliance units within EDS.
Mr. Rasmussen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University – Hawaii, and a Master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Ramakrishna Karanam
Chief Financial Officer
Ramakrishna Karanam serves as Intelligroup's Chief Financial Officer. He has been working with the Company for the last 13 yrs and handled multiple roles in Finance and Human Resources.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Karanam worked with Electrolux, DE Shaw and Ernst & Young in finance and public accounting.
Mr. Karanam is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Honors) from Osmania University, India.
Kalyan Sundaram Mahalingam
Chief Operating Officer
Kalyan Sundaram Mahalingam serves as the Chief Operating Officer effective July 1, 2007. He is responsible for the entire process of Hiring, Training and Grooming in the Practice and deploying the consulting teams in the delivery organization in India. With over 16 years of experience in IT services business, Kalyan joins Intelligroup from Keane, where he was, Vice President GRM and EAS Practice. Before that, he was with Wipro Technologies, where he spent 13 years, where most recently he was General Manager, Enterprise Applications Services. He has held many positions in practice building, delivery, Quality and key positions in Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India and a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in New Delhi.
Satish Subramaniam
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services Group
Satish Subramaniam serves as the Senior Vice President responsible for Enterprise Services Group. He is responsible for global Business Applications, global IMS and global Testing practices at Intelligroup along with the Life Sciences Vertical and Application Outsourcing Service Line. Mr. Satish has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Mr. Satish has managed various delivery units and he has built and managed technology practices. He has managed business development and management of geographic regions. Prior to Intelligroup, Mr. Satish served as the head of global SAP practice at Wipro Technologies, where he was responsible for growth of the practice to a 100 Mn USD run rate. Mr. Satish has held positions to head practice and delivery units, head business development regions, setting technology direction and provide strategy across business units and has handled many international customer. Mr. Satish has a Masters in Computers and Program on General Management from IIM, Bangalore.
Alok Pant
Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Alliances
Alok Pant serves as Intelligroup's Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Alliances effective August 2005. Mr. Pant oversees the Company's worldwide marketing strategy and is responsible for building strategic alliances to grow the business. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Pant was Director, Composite Applications at SAP, where he was instrumental in taking SAP xApps and Partner composite applications built on SAP NetWeaver to market. Prior to SAP, Mr. Pant was with BearingPoint, where he was a leader in the Strategy and ERP Practice. His prior stint also includes helping commercialize NASA technologies. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, and has a Masters in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron, Ohio as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Pankit Desai
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Pankit Desai serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He has been with Intelligroup from December 2005, during this period he has been responsible for building the US sales organization and growing the North American and European business to $125M in revenue. Prior to joining Intelligroup, Pankit was with Wipro Technologies managing business in the southwest region of the US, under his leadership the region grew 70% year-on-year. Before Wipro he worked with IBM as a country manager for the AS/400 product group, Cognizant Technologies and CMC Limited. Pankit has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA from India.
Sanjeev Welling
Head of Country Business - India and ASEAN
Sanjeev Welling serves as the head of business for India and ASEAN countries. He has been with Intelligroup since February 2007. During the first two years at Intelligroup, Sanjeev was the regional sales head for the US North Eastern region and responsible for managing and growing this business to $26M in revenue. Since January 2009, Sanjeev has been based in Mumbai, India and responsible for growing India and ASEAN region. He is responsible for building sales & pre-sales team and the inside sales organization; building account management teams, and building partner alliances with software and hardware vendors. Prior to joining Intelligroup, Sanjeev worked for 14 years in USA with MCI Worldcom (NY), CIS Healthcare (CA), Merrill Lynch (NJ), Lexis-Nexis (NJ) and TACT (NY) and played various roles from IT Management, Outsourcing Management to Sales and business development. Sanjeev has an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, USA and a B.E in Electronic Engineering with honors from Mumbai, India.
Srini Katakam
Vice President – Middle East
Srini Katakam serves as the head of Middle East business within Intelligroup. He has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Srini has been with Intelligroup since December 1999 and has been instrumental in setting up the Middle East business operations and has been running it for over 10 years. Prior to joining to Intelligroup, Srini worked with HCL for over 8 years. Srini has Bachelor of Engineering ( BE ) and Master of Technology ( M. Tech ) from India.
Prakash Shah
Senior Vice President of Client Services
Prakash Shah serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Services. In this role he is responsible for providing Strategy, Presales, Global delivery execution and Integrated Program Management of all US customer accounts. Prakash has long business management experience of 23 years with last 12 years in ERP implementations and Program Management of global projects. Experience includes management of large multi-national Discrete manufacturing organization and running IT services organization. Prakash is working with Intelligroup for last 10 years in different capacities and roles before taking up this role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bombay University, India and Masters in Finance Management from Bombay University, India.
Marcelo Casas
Senior Vice President, Empower Solutions Division
Marcelo Casás serves as Intelligroup’s Sr. Vice President responsible for the Empower Solutions division. Empower Solutions is Intelligroup’s Public Sector vertical and has been serving State and Local Governments, K-12 School Systems, Higher Education institutions and Utilities throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Casás is responsible for Empower’s Latin America practice, where Empower has established strong relationships with financial and telecommunications clients as well as government institutions. Mr. Casás was a partner in Empower Solutions prior to its acquisition by Intelligroup in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Casás was a Senior Manager in Andersen Consulting’s (now Accenture) government practice. Mr. Casás earned his Bachelors Degree in Physics and Economics from Kalamazoo College and his Masters in Business Administration from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Bhalchandra Bhosale
Senior Vice President, Global SAP Practice
Bhalchandra Bhosale serves as Senior Vice President of Global SAP Practice. This practice is organized globally with more than 30 competency groups across six major practices including Supply Chain, CRM, Finance and HR, Business Intelligence, NetWeaver, BASIS and tools. Mr. Bhosale has responsibility to manage all SAP competency and practice activities including presales, solutions development and oversight on delivery. Prior to this role, he worked within Intelligroup for 7 years in a variety of roles in consulting, project/program management, solution development, pre-sales and most recently as Director, Client Services and Strategic Solutions. Prior to Intelligroup, Mr. Bhosale worked with Siemens Ltd and Siemens AG in India, Europe and Asia pacific and held various positions ranging from Commissioning Executive, Project Manager and Regional Program manager. He specialized in design, development, installation and commissioning of industrial drives and process automation of high tech, PLC and process control equipments in various industries such as Electronics & High tech Manufacturing, Iron & Steel, Chemical & Petrochemical, Textile & Synthetic Fibers, Automobile & Auto Ancillary, Food and Beverages, Sugar, Cement and Material Handling. Bhalchandra earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering with specialization in Industrial Electronics.
Hiren Bhatt
Vice President of Global Oracle Practice
Hiren Bhatt serves as Vice President of Global Oracle Practice. Hiren is an engineering graduate and manages Intelligroup’s Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel and JD Edwards ERP practices globally. Mr. Bhatt’s career with Intelligroup started as a functional consultant, growing to project-program management positions, before taking on his current role of VP Oracle Practice in June 2006. Prior to Intelligroup, Hiren has worked with Zenith Computers as a project manager for Oracle applications and with SM Dy-chem and Tata Consultancy.
Hideyuki Aoki
Vice President, Head of Japan business
Hideyuki Aoki serves as the Head of Intelligroup’s Japan Business effective July 2009. Aoki san has more than 20 years experience in the IT market in Japan and extensive knowledge of ERP and global delivery processes. Prior to Intelligroup he served as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Service Management and PLM Business Development for T-Systems Japan. From 2001 to 2007 he was at Wipro and was instrumental in starting Wipro’s ERP business in Japan. In 2005 he was promoted to General Manager for Enterprise Business at Wipro Japan. Other prior experience includes Sun Microsystems and SAP.
Shubendu Banerjee
Managing Director, Europe Limited
Shubendu Banerjee serves as the Managing Director for Intelligroup Europe Limited, headquartered in Milton Keynes, UK. He has been with Intelligroup since May 2006. During the initial period Shubendu was responsible for managing growth as a Client Services Executive for 8 -10 key accounts in Western Region of the United States, in addition to managing the Discrete Manufacturing Vertical for Intelligroup. Shubendu also managed the Global Infrastructure and Testing practice for one year in 2007-2008. Prior to joining Intelligroup he worked with Wipro as a Regional (US WEST) Client Partner and with PricewaterhouseCoopers (now IBM) in Mumbai in the ERP practice. Shubendu has a Bachelor's in Engineering and an MBA.
Soren Heilskov
Managing Director, Intelligroup Nordic A/S
Soren Heilskov, since 2002, serves as the Managing Director for Intelligroup Nordic A/S headquartered in Denmark. With more than 15 years of experience in larger international companies, Mr. Heilskov has been instrumental in helping to define ERP strategies and advise clients on the globalization of IT-resource with emphasis in both commercial and in government sectors. Prior to Intelligroup, Mr. Heilskov held several positions with ERP consulting firms. Mr. Heilskov holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
