Quality Approach - IntelliWay
 

The underlying common thread for our capabilities and offerings and our commitment to quality is the 'IntelliWay'! Our workforce is well trained and adapted to IntelliWay of doing things which is defined and established in the Intelligroup Quality Management System (QMS).

Intelligroup has a well established QMS which is aligned to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard. IntelliWay is our own process framework which has been assessed at Maturity Level 5 of SEI CMMI version 1.2 by the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI), appraisal methodology defined and recommended by SEI (Software Engineering Institute).
To demonstrate our commitment to the quality of our services for engagements of type Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) and Application Management Services (AMS), we have implemented the globally accepted certification for IT Service Management as per ISO 20000.

We at Intelligroup are committed to continuous process improvement and innovation and ensure that our processes are assessed at high maturity level compliance for CMMI regularly. SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) an organization entity with a focus on 'improvements and innovations' in the organization provides a platform, where our associates are encouraged to identify, suggest, recommend, pilot and implement best practices. Quality Assurance activities like periodic process and configuration audits and reviews ensure that the services to the customer are effective and timely.

With customer focus as the primary driving force a Quality Policy is defined, to encompass all lines of business and the corresponding services provided, by Intelligroup.

Our Quality Policy, which is also our IT Service Management Policy - "Assuring Customer Satisfaction by timely and cost effective delivery of high quality IT services and products that meet customer's business needs through rigorous conformance to QMS, Continual Improvement and Innovation".
