	Healthcare Benefits: Intelligroup provides comprehensive medical, Life and accident insurance benefits to its associates. The Medical Insurance coverage extends to the Associate and three of the Associate's immediate dependants.
	Loans: Associates are provided financial assistance in form of interest free salary advance to help them tide over personal exigencies.
	Learning Opportunities: Intelligroup provides immense scope of learning while at work through various programs that run concurrently with work on a day to day basis. In addition, the program also provides for reimbursement of expenses incurred on pre-approved self sponsored training initiatives.
	Winter Clothing Allowance: Intelligroup provides winter clothing allowance for Associates when they move on an overseas assignment.
	Birthday Gift: Associate is given a gift voucher on their birthday.
	Employee Referral Scheme: The employee referral scheme is implemented to encourage Associates to refer friends and relatives for employment at Intelligroup.
	Privilege Leave: Associates are eligible to avail 20 working days per year as privilege leave. This can be carried forward and accumulated upto 90 days.

	Paternity Leave: Associates can avail of 3 days on account of Paternity Leave on the birth of a new born child.
	Gratuity: Associates are entitled to social security measure calculated as per The Gratuity Act.
