•1 year in US Residential Broker or Lender Processing / Underwriting / Closing /    Post closing and Compliance. Exp. on running AUS, LP/ DU is highly desirable
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• To be able to pre-underwrite the loan, validate the loan documentation and    review Income, assets and collateral documentation as per Investor    guidelines.
• Shall be responsible of managing a pipeline of 20+ loans, expedite conditions    and adhere to standard turn around times.
