Alok Bajpai
Chief Financial Officer

Alok Bajpai serves as Intelligroup's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bajpai is a rank holder Chartered Accountant from India, Certified Public Accountant from the US and a Management Graduate from Manchester Business School, UK. Prior to Intelligroup he was with Infosys as their Associate Vice President and was in-charge of the entire Global Accounts function. He started his career with HCL in 1988 and worked with ICIM and Pepsico Restaurants in India before moving to Nigeria to work with a Belgian Organization. He then moved to Canada and worked as Head of Finance with a Canadian Company for about 5 years. In these various organizations Mr. Bajpai has been in senior management positions and has played operational, as well as, strategic roles. Alok is responsible for the Finance, Information Systems, Legal, Facilities and Administration functions globally.

Kalyan Sundaram Mahalingam
Chief Operating Officer

Kalyan Sundaram Mahalingam serves as the Chief Operating Officer effective July 1, 2007. He is responsible for the entire process of Hiring, Training and Grooming in the Practice and deploying the consulting teams in the delivery organization in India. With over 16 years of experience in IT services business, Kalyan joins Intelligroup from Keane, where he was, Vice President GRM and EAS Practice. Before that, he was with Wipro Technologies, where he spent 13 years, where most recently he was General Manager, Enterprise Applications Services. He has held many positions in practice building, delivery, Quality and key positions in Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India and a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in New Delhi.

Alok Pant

Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Alliances

Alok Pant serves as Intelligroup's Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Alliances effective August 2005. Mr. Pant oversees the Company's worldwide marketing strategy and is responsible for building strategic alliances to grow the business. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Pant was Director, Composite Applications at SAP, where he was instrumental in taking SAP xApps and Partner composite applications built on SAP NetWeaver to market. Prior to SAP, Mr. Pant was with BearingPoint, where he was a leader in the Strategy and ERP Practice. His prior stint also includes helping commercialize NASA technologies. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, and has a Masters in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron, Ohio as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Gopal Ramasamy
Vice President of Outsourcing Services

Gopal Ramasamy serves as VP Outsourcing for Intelligroup, headquartered in New Jersey, USA. Gopal’s key priorities will be to provide strategic direction and roadmap for Intelligroup’s Outsourcing Services.

Gopal joined Intelligroup in 1994 and has been responsible for taking on multiple initiatives for the company’s growth and expansion, and has been closely associated with some of the company’s biggest clients including Procter & Gamble, Eastman Chemical, Hitachi, Pearson Publishing and Armstrong World Industries. Prior to his current new role, Gopal served as the Global CIO for Intelligroup, where he led the Global Technology Solutions Group. Prior to that he served as Senior Director for the Global Managed Services organization where he led the growth of the Application Outsourcing practice.

Prior to Intelligroup, Gopal worked as Senior Systems Analyst at Systime, an IT services firm based in Bombay, from 1992 to1994. Gopal has a Bachelor in Applied Sciences from the Madurai Kamaraj University, India.

Pankit Desai

Senior Vice President of Sales, North America and Europe

Pankit Desai serves as Senior Vice President, Sales for North America and Europe. He has been with Intelligroup from December 2005, during this period he has been responsible for building the US sales organization and growing the North American business to $100M in revenue. Prior to joining Intelligroup, Pankit was with Wipro Technologies managing business in the southwest region of the US, under his leadership the region grew 70% year-on-year. Before Wipro he worked with IBM as a country manager for the AS/400 product group, Cognizant Technologies and CMC Limited. Pankit has a Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA from India.

Prakash Shah

Vice President of Client Services

Prakash Shah serves as the Vice President of Client Services effective May 07. In this role he is responsible for providing Strategy, Presales, Global delivery execution and Integrated Program Management of all US customer accounts. Prakash has long business management experience of 23 years with last 12 years in ERP implementations and Program Management of global projects. Experience includes management of large multi-national Discrete manufacturing organization and running IT services organization. Prakash is working with Intelligroup for last 10 years in different capacities and roles before taking up this role. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bombay University, India and Masters in Finance Management from Bombay University, India.

Marcelo Casas

Senior Vice President, Empower Solutions Division

Marcelo Casás serves as Intelligroup’s Sr. Vice President responsible for the Empower Solutions division. Empower Solutions is Intelligroup’s Public Sector vertical and has been serving State and Local Governments, K-12 School Systems, Higher Education institutions and Utilities throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Casás is responsible for Empower’s Latin America practice, where Empower has established strong relationships with financial and telecommunications clients as well as government institutions. Mr. Casás was a partner in Empower Solutions prior to its acquisition by Intelligroup in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Casás was a Senior Manager in Andersen Consulting’s (now Accenture) government practice. Mr. Casás earned his Bachelors Degree in Physics and Economics from Kalamazoo College and his Masters in Business Administration from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Bhalachandra Bhosale

Senior Vice President, Global SAP Practice

Bhalachandra Bhosale serves as Senior Vice President of Global SAP Practice.This practice is organized globally with more than 30 competency groups across six major practices including Supply Chain, CRM, Finance and HR, Business Intelligence, Netweaver, BASIS and tools. Mr. Bhosale has responsibility to manage all SAP competency and practice activities including presales, solutions development and oversight on delivery. Prior to this role, he worked within Intelligroup for 7 years in a variety of roles in consulting, project/program management, solution development, pre-sales and most recently as Director, Client Services and Strategic Solutions. Prior to Intelligroup, Mr. Bhosale worked with Siemens Ltd and Siemens AG in India, Europe and Asia pacific and held various positions ranging from Commissioning Executive, Project Manager and Regional Program manager. He specialized in design, development, installation and commissioning of industrial drives and process automation of high tech, PLC and process control equipments in various industries such as Electronics & High tech Manufacturing, Iron & Steel, Chemical & Petrochemical, Textile & Synthetic Fibers, Automobile & Auto Ancillary, Food and Beverages, Sugar, Cement and Material Handling. Bhalachandra earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering with specialization in Industrial Electronics.

Hiren Bhatt

Vice President of Global Oracle Practice

Hiren Bhatt serves as Vice President of Global Oracle Practice. Hiren is an engineering graduate and manages Intelligroup’s Oracle, Peoplesoft, Siebel and JD Edwards ERPs practices globally. Mr. Bhatt’s career with Intelligroup started as a functional consultant, growing to project-program management positions, before taking on his current role of VP Oracle Practice in June 2006. Prior to Intelligroup, Hiren has worked with Zenith Computers as a project manager for Oracle applications and with SM Dy-chem and Tata Consultancy.

Vikram Samant

Vice President Strategic Accounts, North America

Vikram Samant serves as Vice President of Strategic Accounts for North America. Vikram is an engineering graduate and manages Intelligroup’s marquee global accounts from a business leadership standpoint in addition to leading the Strategic Business Solutions group for North America. Mr. Samant’s career with Intelligroup started as a functional consultant, growing to project-program management positions and then managing global application management clients, before taking on his current role of VP Strategic Accounts in June 2005. Prior to Intelligroup, Vikram has worked with Tata Technologies (India) Ltd. as a project manager for ERP applications and with Thermax Babcock & Wilcox (India) Ltd. While in TBW, Vikram managed various manufacturing operations and led key initiatives of Total Quality Management, ISO-9000 and Business Process Re-engineering. He was instrumental in turning around one of the units with the lowest operational efficiencies.

Sreenivas Unnamatla

Managing Director, Intelligroup, Japan

Sreenivas Unnamatla serves as Managing Director, Intelligroup, Japan. Mr. Unnamatla has been managing all aspects of Japan's business ever since its incorporation in 1998. He is instrumental for setting up the local office and position it within the local market, building strong alliances with key customers like Hitachi, Microsoft, IBM, SAP Japan in that region. Under his leadership Intelligroup Japan has won several prestigious awards like "SAP Award of Excellence for upgrade business" in year 2004. He is also the initiators of the "ERP Life-cycle Management" concept within Intelligroup globally. Prior to Intelligroup, Mr. Unnamatla held several positions in SAP Japan. He earned a degree in Computer Science and Engineering and is pursuing CPD from Wharton University, Pennsylvania, USA. Mr. Unnamatla also oversees various India IT related activities in Japan and helps promote India IT in Japan.
