Resistance comes in many forms, ranging from a desire to maintain the “status quo” to valued employees leaving the organization due to opposition to new technologies and processes.

Our PEER Methodology, (Plan, Enhance, Education, Reinforce) is an effective way to ensure a smooth transition through the project lifecycle. Our unique program uses methods to assess key factors in your organization and measure acceptance of change and performance improvement, resulting in a quantifiable return on investment. Throughout each phase, our team of consultants initiates awareness and acceptance of change. This is accomplished through the following deliverables:
 
 
Plan: We begin by creating project vision and mission statements, and a Change Management scorecard. The vision and mission statements create a unified, consistent, and strategic purpose for the project. The Scorecard tracks and translates qualitative and quantitative information about processes events into measurable results throughout the project lifecycle.
 
Enhance: We define, gather, and assess the business need for and resistance to change by conducting a Change Readiness Assessment. The assessment provides information to the project team about your organization and identifies factors that could impact the change process.
 
Educate: We continue to build awareness of the changes plus train and communicate to end users about the system and process changes. Training and communication enable members of your organization to develop an understanding of the new business processes, their new role in the organization, and how to use the new system to perform their jobs.
 
Reinforce: We evaluate the final Change Management Scorecard and training results. The results will determine how to optimize end user performance with refresher training and help desk support to increase your organization’s return on investment and complete the knowledge transfer process.
