Empower Solutions Completes Successful PeopleSoft Implementation For San Diego Public Schools

Atlanta, GA (March 30, 2004) - Empower Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intelligroup Inc. (NASDAQ:ITIG), a leading global provider of strategic IT outsourcing services, today announced the completion of a complex PeopleSoft Financial and Human Capital systems implementation for San Diego City Schools, the nation's 8th largest urban school district, educating over 140,000 students.

The PeopleSoft implementation is a part of San Diego Schools' multi-year district-wide automation effort, which includes overhauling several enterprise-level systems. The initiative will enable the District to serve its dynamic student population more efficiently, in compliance with 'No Child Left Behind' requirements. Empower Solutions used its proprietary EmpowerLIFTS integration approach to help San Diego Schools to go live in approximately one year, an accelerated timeline for a project of this scale.
