Eastman Chemicals Extends Agreement with Intelligroup

Edison, NJ (February 07, 2005): Intelligroup, Inc., a global technology solutions and services provider, today announced that Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE: EMN), a leading international chemical company, has extended their contract with Intelligroup to provide application development services for Eastman’s SAP R/3 4.6b applications. This strategic agreement extends Intelligroup’s role as the primary provider of ERP application services and support for Eastman Chemicals operations in North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe.

Eastman’s SAP R/3 system integrates the company’s business processes globally and is critical to the company’s supply chain management strategy. Intelligroup provides on-going application development through a combination of onsite and offshore resources. Intelligroup’s Advanced Development Center in Hyderabad, India provides Eastman with additional experienced consulting services that scale to meet the demands of a global operation.
