Empower Solutions Launches Model School District Project

Atlanta, GA (February 17, 2005) - Empower Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intelligroup Inc., announced that it has launched a project focused on improving business processes for school districts. The project, called Model District, will be built using SAP’s mySAPBusiness Suite solution and focus entirely on processes and solutions that will benefit school districts.

Empower Solutions is uniquely qualified to undertake this project based on its deep experience with school districts. Empower has worked with numerous districts and education departments to implement enterprise resource planning solutions and will leverage that experience with the Model District project. The end result will include processes that support district specific issues like student activity accounting, teacher pay, and position control.
