Intelligroup Successfully Implements SAP R/3 Enterprise for Syratech’s Global Operations

This multi-country, multi-language phased roll-out utilized the Unicode capabilities of SAP Enterprise. In addition to the standard functionalities of the relevant modules, a unique product costing solution was deployed with minimum custom coding and innovative usage of configuration. The project included the implementation of Sales/Distribution, Finance, Purchasing/Material Management, and Product Lifecycle Management (cFolders) employing SAP’s proven ASAP methodology to streamline business operations, improve global efficiencies, and standardize and integrate information systems. Deploying EDI transactions under a multitude of operating scenarios was a critical success factor for this consumer packaged goods client. Intelligroup successfully delivered, under the constraints of a tight budget and tighter timelines, by leveraging its CMM Level 5 certified offshore development capabilities.
