This approach helps to have all the Project related documentation in Solution Manager which can be used for future Implementation/Upgrade projects reducing the redundancy. This can be used as replacement for the existing third party Document Repository software. Role based access is used for traceability and security. Intelligroup uses utilities for accelerating Documentation Repository setup by having rapid uploads
Help Desk: Standard Help Desk process is fine tuned. Features like Severity based SLA determination, Validations of certain field values, Checks before saving the ticket are included. User friendly screen layout changes like showing the Actions Tab in overview screen are added. Role based access is used for traceability and Security.
Enterprise Change Management: The standard Change Request Management includes the subsequent Document types and Transports between the systems after approval process. Intelligroup has come up with the custom solution where the Standard Change Request Management is customized to use for Approvals only. This helps to leverage the robust Change Request Management process of Solution Manager. Audit trail can be achieved for the Change Management. Tools like Mass Change Request approvals are used for the Change Request Process.
